It isn't whether or not we can see all the stock that is in your packages...we can not give you an accurate review without looking at each individual stock photo in its full size. To do that, we would have to download each and every stock package in your gallery and we just don't have the time, bandwidth or hard drive space to do it.

We do however, review the rest of the stock in your gallery, so it is a good idea to balance your packages by posting a few individual photos from each photo shoot to give us and your visitors an idea of the quality of the stock that you offer.

FAQ 2 - Can I request a review for my own stock gallery or do I have to be invited?

By all means, if your gallery meets our eligibility requirements then feel free to send us a note requesting a review of your gallery! About half the galleries in our directory are people who stopped by and asked us to do a review for them!

FAQ 3 - Can I suggest a stock gallery that I think *goodstocks should list in the directory?

Of course! If the gallery meets our eligibility requirements, then just send us a note and we'll send the stock artist an invitation for a review (we;ll even mention that you suggested them!)

FAQ 4 - I don't think my stock is good enough to be listed here, will you review my gallery anyway?

Yes! Even if you don't think your stock is good enough, or if you are just starting out, send us a note requesting a review. Anyone who doesn't score high enough on their review to be listed here is sent a nice summary of what the *goodstocks team members thought of their stock. We do our very best to provide a constructive critique of each gallery to help you improve your stock!

FAQ 5 - Will you review my 3d stock (created in poser, bryce, vue, daz, etc.) gallery?

At this time, we do not have any team members knowledgeable enough with these programs or experienced enough in using this type of stock in photomanupulations to give an accurate review.

FAQ 6 - Will you review my textures?

Yes and no.

If your textures are photographs and are posted in the stock photo category of your gallery, we include them in your regular stock review. Otherwise we do not.

FAQ 7 - My gallery is more for reference photos for paintings and drawings than photomanipulations. Is there a listing for reference photos?

We use the same criteria for all stock accounts - whether they are intended for reference or for direct use in photo manips.

FAQ 8 - Since I was invited for a review, does that mean that I am guaranteed to get a good review and be listed in your directory?

Unfortunately, just because someone suggests that our team review your gallery - it does not guarantee that you will receive a review high enough to be listed in our gallery. In order to assure that each and every gallery received a fair and unbiased review, we make sure that at least two team members independantly review your gallery. And if one of our team members happens to be the one who suggested your gallery for a review - we make sure that two other team members are the ones to complete your review - so that we can not be accused of playing favorites.
